With this project, we are developing a new generation of young people - as edu-preneurs - ready to face the challenges of today's labour market, through a community-based, scalable and sustainable educational process in the hyper-technologized era of the future.
At the center of this approach is ensuring the continuity of educational hubs that serve as meeting and learning spaces where 15+ year olds can develop essential personal, social and technical skills, with a particular focus on programming and code writing, including through the use of AI.

The mission of PepinTEEN Hubs is to transform each edu-preneur into a trainer for future generations, thus creating a perpetual cycle of personal education, continuous development and community involvement through projects that promote school inclusion.
This cycle is sustained through the collaborative process between pupils, students, parents, educators, mentors and other public, private and social stakeholders, each of whom are essential contributors to the project.
PepinTEEN beneficiaries
Students from University Centers in Romania who can become edu-preneurs: Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Iasi.
High school students in the vicinity of the University Centers, curious about the university route they could follow, interested in the IT field and concerned about the evolution of the future occupations governed by AI.
By actively integrating the local community, PepinTEEN Hubs not only builds individual competences, but also strengthens social cohesion by directly involving residents in the development and implementation of contemporary educational initiatives.
The collaborative approach makes the project responsive to the specific needs of the community, stimulating active and continuous community participation, facilitating cross-generational and multidisciplinary exchange of knowledge and experiences.
We want PepinTEEN Hubs to become a model of community education that inspires and motivates the whole community to contribute to shaping a sustainable and prosperous future for all its members.
We provide both groups of young people with the resources, tools and practical experiences to reach their potential and contribute to the development of the community in which they live, grow and learn together.
Young people are encouraged to discover their passions, to think creatively, to seek innovative solutions to community problems and to be involved in the effort to increase their personal well-being and thus contribute to the community's prosperity.
PepinTEEN plays an important role in encouraging the initial training of edu-preneurs and facilitates continuous and collaborative learning for 15+ year olds.
With PepinTEEN Hubs, we aim...
To develop the skills and competences in edu-preneurship, necessary for the integration of students into the labor market, according to the constant changes it is going through.
To increase the awareness and involvement of teenagers in community coagulation, through initiative and action, utilizing the skills and competences developed through the project activities in which they will participate.
To build a network of experts and partners from corporations and technology-focused industries that support the development of young people who want to be actively involved in their communities, through guidance and mentoring.
We need financial support

Coding is simply a way of communicating with a computer, using a language it understands based on instructions in order to perform specific functions. It can be used for a variety of different endeavors in the world of work - from creating websites to developing video games and applications. It is also useful for understanding and using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Learning to code can also help teens improve their skills in other areas such as computer science and math.According to recent US research, it appears that young people who study computer science perform better in other subjects and excel at problem solving.

Shared value in PepinTEEN
The project aims to create shared value by engaging the Partner's employees (e.g. by providing them with opportunities for skills development through volunteering such as mentoring).
The project enables people with a strong passion for positive change to set the right example.
The project intends to create shared value by activating other core elements of the Partner's work, such as IT/innovation capacity etc.
Since the inception of PepinTEEN, Partner employees have been the main resources that companies invest in this educational program.
As volunteers/mentors, Partner employees create IT curriculum from scratch, tailored to this vulnerable, atypical target audience.
The main goal of the technology-centered curriculum is to motivate teens to fall in love with science and engineering.
Once the curriculum is created, volunteers/mentors are trained by the School of Values trainers to organize the IT workshops. In addition, School of Values trainers will also be able to deliver cross-curricular skills workshops as needed!
The trainers of the School of Values will also be able to accompany the volunteers/mentors in delivering the technical workshops for teenagers.
Distribution of information materials: Placing leaflets, posters and brochures in well frequented public places such as schools, libraries, cafes and community centers. These materials will contain information about the purpose and benefits of the project, emphasizing the importance of community participation.
Use local media: Work with local radio stations and newspapers to air commercials and articles illustrating the positive impact of the project on the local community and how each member of the community can contribute to its success.
Launch the website https://pepinteen.ro: will include a calendar of events, resources, testimonials and an online sign-up system to make it easy for teens and the community to access and participate.
Online presence: Create a project page on social media - launch and manage a page on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to post regular updates, event information and project success stories. This will also serve as a platform for dialog and direct feedback from the community.
Organize a launch event: This will include interactive presentations, demonstration workshops and Q&A sessions. The event will be promoted through all communication channels and will serve as an excellent opportunity for the community to learn more about the project and engage directly.
Open Days: Regular planning of these days will allow people to visit the education hub, attend mini-workshops and understand the direct benefits of the project.
Working with schools and community leaders: Inform schools and communities about the hub, thus encouraging young people to participate
